Bill and Danielle Gottfried developed the international expansion strategy for one of the largest real estate companies the U.S. and led this company's first listings in Mexico, Europe, and the Middle East. Bill and Danielle Gottfried established Gottfried International Estates as an independent high-end real estate company to support clients' investment interests in Texas and in international markets. Bill and Danielle listed the highest priced residential property on the Houston Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service (HAR MLS), a $76 million (USD) villa in St-Tropez on the Cote d'Azur in France; they represented the investors in a $235 million (USD) boutique hotel property in Monaco.

Bill Gottfried served as Chairman of the Houston Association of Realtors International Advisory Group and Chairman of the Texas Association of Realtors International Committee. He served on the Houston Association of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors Boards of Directors. Bill is a founding Board Member and Advisory Board Member of the Houston Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). Bill and Danielle Gottfried led real estate trade missions to Mexico, Belize, Jamaica, Honduras, and the Cayman Islands to develop cross border investment cooperation with Texas REALTORS and Texas real estate investors.

Bill and Danielle are Certified International Property Specialists (CIPS), Transnational Referral Certified (TRC), and Certified Negotiation Experts (CNE). Bill has served on the National Association of Realtors Global Business & Alliances Committee, he is an Eagle Scout, and he is a Member of The Army and Navy Club in Washington, D.C. Bill has been listed in the Financial Times Who's Who in World Oil and Gas.

Bill earned a B.S.B.A. in Petroleum Marketing from The University of Tulsa, Tulsa, Oklahoma; a M.B.A. in International Business from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C.; he has attended Executive Ed. at Harvard Business School; he was commissioned a U.S. Naval Officer at Officer Candidate School, Newport, R.I.; and he graduated from Navy Supply Corps School. Athens, Georgia. Bill began his professional career serving as a U.S. Naval Officer in the Middle East stationed in Awali, Bahrain managing petroleum shipments in Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Yemen for the Department of Defense.

Danielle earned a B.S. in Elementary Education from The Gwynedd-Mercy University, located in Gwynedd Valley, Pennsylvania, a M.Ed. in Elementary Education, with a minor in Child Psychology, from The College of New Jersey, located in Trenton, New Jersey, and she holds a Reading Certification from Lehigh University, located in Lehigh, Pennsylvania. Danielle is a Certified Short Sale Negotiator, a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, and a Certified Negotiation Expert. Danielle is Transnational Referral Certified. Danielle possesses over 35 years of real estate investment and development experience in U.S. and global markets.

Danielle was the Founder, Director, and Administrator of Caravaca Academy and Apple Core Coalition, both located in The Museum District in Houston at #1 Chelsea Blvd., and both focused on enhancing elementary education and academic excellence in the school systems of the Houston Metropolitan Area. Danielle is of French-Spanish Heritage, her family having longstanding roots in Spain and France. Danielle has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Texas and a real estate investor since 1980, starting her career with one of the leading luxury real estate Brokers in Houston. Danielle manages marketing and sales transactions for luxury resort properties and high end real estate properties in the Houston area as well as in international markets where Gottfried International Estates supports their clients' interests.
